NWT By AXYS is looking for Company Secretary Officers to support the Company Secretarial Services function by ensuring that assigned client entities comply with their statutory and regulatory obligations under Mauritius law. This includes maintaining accurate corporate records, preparing and filing statutory documents with the Registrar of Companies and other regulatory bodies, organising board and committee meetings, drafting minutes and resolutions, and keeping CDD documentation current for all officers, shareholders, and UBOs. NWT By AXYS is looking for Semi-Senior Client Accountants to manage a defined portfolio of client accounting mandates with increasing independence, preparing management accounts, financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS, and tax returns in accordance with ITA. This role sits between Client Accountant and Senior Client Accountant — the incumbent operates with greater autonomy than an entry-level accountant but continues to develop toward full ownership of complex mandates. The Semi-Senior Client Accountants builds the technical depth and client confidence to progress to Senior Client Accountant level — developing ACCA qualifications, refining IFRS knowledge, and demonstrating consistent delivery across their assigned portfolio without day-to-day supervision.
