About The Role
We are currently seeking an Associate Corporate Administrator to join our Corporate Services team. This is a junior role designed as a development pathway to the Client Executive position.
As an Associate Corporate Administrator, you will provide day-to-day administrative and compliance support to client entities under the guidance of Client Executives and senior team members. You will progressively develop the skills and exposure required to grow into a Client Executive role.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support, including processing payment instructions, assisting with bank account openings, and preparing board meeting packs
- Update the Company’s systems and maintain accurate physical and digital client records
- Follow internal controls, procedures, and operational processes strictly
- Support Client Executives and Client Accountants by responding to queries in a timely and professional manner
- Review client KYC documentation and prepare compliance checklists under supervision
- Stay informed of regulatory updates and industry developments relevant to corporate services
- Ensure compliance with regulatory policies and the Group’s risk management framework
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Management, Law, Finance, or a related field
- 0–2 years’ experience in corporate services, administration, or a professional services environment
- Basic understanding of KYC, compliance, and corporate governance (training will be provided)
