About The Role
We are looking for a Fund Administrator to support fund operations, investor communications, and statutory compliance. As a Fund Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of fund structures, ensuring accurate processing of transactions, timely reporting, and full compliance with regulatory and internal control requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle shareholder reporting and communications, including NAV communications, issuance of transaction contract notes, updating share registers, and maintaining complete and accurate investors’ records, including proper KYC documentation
- Process fund transactions such as subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and invoices, including compliance checks and due diligence requirements
- Prepare and process applications for fund set-up, including regulatory licences and bank account openings
- Prepare and process monthly and ad-hoc payment instructions, both manually and via internet banking platforms
- Arrange Board meetings and prepare minutes and resolutions; assist with statutory obligations such as statutory filings, annual returns, and timely reporting to relevant regulators
- Follow up on client correspondence, including letters, emails, telephone calls, and document filings
- Ensure strict adherence to internal controls, procedures, and processes for Fund Administration
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Experience in fund administration, financial services, or a regulated environment is an advantage
- Good understanding of fund structures, investor servicing, and regulatory requirements
