About The Role
We are looking for a motivated and highly organised Business Development Support professional to assist our Business Development function across the Group.
In this role, you will contribute to lead generation, client engagement, administrative coordination, market research, and internal collaboration efforts to help drive sustainable growth in all jurisdictions where the Group operates.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Support the development of lead generation strategies and identify potential clients.
- Use channels such as email outreach, cold calls, social media, and networking events.
- Qualify leads and assist in prioritising business opportunities.
Client & Partner Support
- Assist in managing relationships with prospects and existing clients.
- Coordinate meetings, calls, proposals, and follow-ups.
- Provide professional responses to queries and maintain a positive client experience.
Proposal & Presentation Support
- Help prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch materials.
- Tailor content to client needs by liaising with internal subject-matter experts.
- Support the organisation of client meetings and events.
Market Research & Reporting
- Conduct research on markets, competitors, and industry trends.
- Prepare concise reports and insights to support strategic decisions.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Handle scheduling, minutes, follow-up actions, and documentation.
- Assist with planning, coordination, and logistics for events, conferences, and webinars.
- Support internal coordination with subsidiaries on BD initiatives, cross-selling and marketing activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- 1–4 years’ experience in business development, sales, marketing, or hybrid client-facing/admin role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and strong work ethic.
